- Plan and pack prices are as shown in-app and on the Stripe checkout page (generally USD). Any applicable tax is shown as required by law.
- Other fees
- Internet connection and telecom fees required to use the site are borne by the customer. Any extra payment fees are shown at checkout.
- Payment methods
- Credit cards and other methods provided by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.
- Payment timing
- At purchase completion (and on each subscription billing date thereafter).
- Delivery / service timing
- Credits are typically granted immediately after successful payment. Video generation may take time depending on queue status.
- Returns / cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are generally non-returnable. Subscriptions may be canceled at period end. Successful generations are not refunded in cash or credits; failed generations due to system errors receive automatic credit returns. See the Terms for details.
