This Privacy Policy explains how Directors Console (studio.directors-console.com, the “Service”) handles personal information.

1. Your creative work and ideas

We do not casually peek at, repurpose, or publish your ideas or works for purposes other than providing the Service, support, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Feel free to develop your concepts on the Service. AI generation may send necessary data to Google and other APIs (see processors below); that is not staff browsing your projects.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data (email, identity provider IDs, display name, etc.)
  • Usage data (project content, generation requests, credit history, logs)
  • Billing data (Stripe customer ID, plan, invoices; card numbers are processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
  • Device/network data (IP, browser, cookies)
  • Support communications

3. Purposes

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and prevent abuse
  • Billing, receipts, and customer support
  • Send important service notices
  • Comply with law

4. Processors and sharing

We share data with service providers as needed to operate the Service, including:

  • Auth/database: Supabase
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Optional login providers (e.g. Google)
  • AI/cloud processing: Google Cloud / related APIs
  • Storage/CDN: Cloudflare R2 and similar
  • Hosting: Vercel and similar

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed outside Japan depending on provider locations. We rely on their security practices and take reasonable steps to protect information.

6. Retention

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. After account deletion, limited data may remain for legal, dispute, or abuse-prevention needs.

We apply reasonable safeguards such as access controls and TLS in transit.
